I called set up an appointment and on the phone I said that I just want any free services that my warranty would cover for my tires. I show up and when talking to the person at the desk I also tell them that I just wanted whatever was covered by the warranty. He looks at my tires and tell me that all but one of my tires are good. We start walking back and he talks about replacing it and I say I cant replace it today but I would like to know the price so when I get paid next I can come back and get it replaced. We get inside and tells me the price and proceeded to talk about replacing the tire multiple times with me saying no multiple times. After a couple minutes of this someone wearing a different color shirt witch to me made me think he was manager and he just stood next to the employee while he continues trying to offer me discounts and a credit card. I will say I appreciate him trying to work with me with trying to add discounts and if I could i wouldve bought the tire with the discounts he was offering to the total but no matter how much they took off I knew I wouldnt be able to buy the tire today. After this the manager steps in as also tries to convince me to buy the tire. A

These guys are great! Good communication and quick service in a busy shop. Pulled a screw & a nail out of my semi flat tire. Plugged both holes, added a patch and then tested tire in the water tank to insure it worked. Best Part! No charge! I’ll be back to buy the next set of tires from them.

The Belleview location did a check on why my new d/s rear tire was losing air. I went to this location because it's two minutes from my apartment. Turned out to be corrosion in the bead area, 33 yr old factory aluminum wheels. The salesperson went over wheel options w/me. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this location. Knowledgeable, efficient & helpful.

On May 27, I had my tires rotated at Discount Tire in Littleton. Just two weeks later, on June 11, my entire wheel came off while I was driving on the highway. The wheel went barreling down the road, creating an extremely dangerous situation for me and everyone around me. My truck sustained thousands of dollars in damage, and I am fortunate that nobody was seriously injured or killed. Immediately after the incident, the store manager, Eric, was very apologetic and told me that the company would take full responsibility. Based on that conversation, I believed Discount Tire would do the right thing and stand behind their work. However, that confidence disappeared when I was contacted by their claims department. Instead of accepting responsibility for a wheel coming completely off just two weeks after a tire rotation, it felt like they were looking for ways to avoid paying for the damage and backing away from what I had been told by the manager. A wheel does not simply fall off a properly serviced vehicle. This incident could have easily resulted in a catastrophic accident. The damage to my truck is significant, but the safety risk is what concerns me most. My experience has been incr
